Fran Sullivan
Chief Information Officer

Fran Sullivan is Chief Information Officer at Wolters Kluwer Financial Services, where he is responsible for the overall leadership of processes and practices supporting the flow of information across the company’s business lines. Additionally, he oversees Wolters Kluwer Financial Services’ Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Services and technical operations, and manages product development for the company’s Banking Analytics, Securities and Insurance businesses. He reports directly to the chief executive officer of Wolters Kluwer Financial & Compliance Services.

Sullivan has more than 15 years experience in the financial services industry and 20 years experience working in the technology field. Prior to joining Wolters Kluwer Financial Services, he held several senior management positions related to product development and client integration at Omgeo LLC. He also held various roles in applications management, network management and services, systems design and integration at Fidelity Investments, and was the technology executive for the firm’s Life Insurance business. Earlier in his career, he spent seven years as a software engineer.

Sullivan holds a B.S. in computer science from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College.
