Deposit Solutions - Account Opening

After the account agreement or application has been completed, the customer will not only need all the required disclosures, but copies of the necessary documents for their new account as well. During the account-opening process, applicant data is first verified based on the information provided by your customer, and additional documentation may be requested based on the results. The customer service representative may need additional explanations from the applicant before the account is opened. Information provided by the applicant and/or any outside data sources (i.e., credit reporting agency) may indicate a need to provide the applicant with additional disclosures, such as a denial notice.
